    Jerry's Famous Deli (South Beach)

The best place to get breakfast in SB - old school decor and huge portions, with a menu bigger than the table!

    Gellert Baths

Posted by GavCollins 1 November 2005

A must for any Budapest visitor is a trip to the Gellert baths. Heated by geothermal energy, the baths offer an interactive adventure into the post-imperial era, whilst dressed in nothing more than a loin cloth.

The entry price is the only thing you will find in English, but it's no problem and ends up adding to the fun.

Don't be put off by the 20+ stone masseuses, stay your nerves and be sure to spend an hour there.

    Lido, Champs Elysee

Posted by GavCollins 31 October 2005

Fantastic show featuring over 600 costumes. The 100 euro price tag may sound unreasoanble when you part with your money, but few people leave feeling that this wasn't value for money.

    Wel worth a visit.

    Xex

Posted by GavCollins 31 October 2005

Literally the best restaraunt/bar you will find in Tokyo (nay the world), and it's on the 42nd floor atop of the Mori Atago building.

Great atmosphere and the best view of Tokyo you'll get over Lobster (recommend at night).

    Beach Plaza Hotel

Posted by GavCollins 31 October 2005

Laid-back Art Deco style on a reasonable budget. The hotel is close to the action on Ocean Drive/Collins, but not so close to keep you awake all night or charge a phenomenal premium.
