A brilliant wine bar/bistro. One service each evening during the week (7.30pm), two at weekends. Excellent terrines, cornichons and bread on the table to start. Serve yourself a main course (selection of 3 or 4 on the tiled oven at the back of the room, cheese and pud). Wine from the shelf at the side. Great food, value and ambiance. But everyone else thinks so too so book. Possibly a couple of days ahead to be sure. Restaurant across the road is also very well reviewed but I've never been there.
