Posted by TaraHerman 1 May 2007

Don't miss creamy New England clam chowder... Atlantic Fish co restaurants are ubiquitous and serve very fine chowder.

Very touristy, but still very atmospheric. Go to Durgin Park for some Boston Baked Beans.

This is wonderful ... they have plays at the top of the museum in which your child can join in. You couldn't keep my son off the stage!

    Arnold Arboretum

Beautiful, genteel place for a walk. On the E branch of the Green T line, so a good place to unwind after a few hours in the MFA or the Isabella Stewart Gardiner Museum.
