Fantastic views of cliffs along the Alabaster coast from this little seaside resort west of Dieppe. Less crowded than Étretat. Monet loved it here. And buy ultra-fresh seafood from the fishing boats on the promenade.
10 minutes west of Dieppe along D75.
Excellent restaurant in traditional Norman-style building in centre of this friendly, bustling little town. Lovely food based on fresh local ingredients and a warm welcome. Try the "Tarte Tatin"! Closed Sunday evenings and all day Wednesday.

Very attractive B&B near the village of Mellé, 20 minutes from Fougeres. You will receive a wonderful welcome from Kevin & Christine in their beautiful traditional stone Breton home and they can give you lots of recommendations for places to visit. Unspoilt countryside and a great base for touring the area between the Mont St Michel and Fougeres.
A great value fish restaurant on the Quai Henri IV. Menus from 12€, including the best fish soup you'll ever have. Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
