Fabulous for wheelchair users, cyclists, skaters and walkers, these smooth surfaced paths are a great way to see the Burgundy countryside.

You can hire a Duet Wheelchair Tandem at Bideford Bicycle Hire. The Tarka Trail is a lovely scenic ride from Bideford to Instow and Fremington Quay and fairly flat too. There is a disabled toilet at Instow carpark.
